As an account executive you will ensure that our innovative products reach the hands of more enterprises, enabling them to take the next step on their sustainability journey. As the first line of communication with prospects, the ideal AE is a quick learner with strong communication skills and has the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Amsterdam! You'll have a flexible schedule, with a nice European HQ office space at the heart of Amsterdam. You can work from European HQ, at home, and travel (if possible) whenever you need.

Working hours: Full-time (40h) 

Responsibilities

  • Cold outreach via social media, emails, and phone to build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, negotiation, and contract management
  • Identify sales strategies and ensure sales targets are reached
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly result reports for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar
  • Proven experience from successful B2B sales for over 2 years
  • Have an interest in technology and sustainability
  • Team player: we don’t like big egos here, but you should be driven by our purpose, vision, and mission
  • At ease in a distributed work environment: we use Slack, Google Drive, and Monday for project management
  • Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written. Any other language is a plus
  • Based in the Netherlands

Salary: €3,000 - €4,000/mo + commission
